Roll out Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Roll-out Project Manager for one of our clients in the Pharma Industry. You will be managing the IT System Implementations and lead the roll-out and Organizational Change Management (OCM) of IT system implementations. As a key member of their project organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of new IT systems, driving positive organisational change.

 

You will be joining their projects in the Digital Solutions team. Digital Solutions is part of the Fill & Finish Expansions programme which is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. They do it by rethinking their fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. They are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities they will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.

 

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Proven experience as a project manager, particularly in IT system implementations and organisational change management
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, e.g. ADKAR, incl. Stakeholder Mapping, Change Impact Assessment, OCM strategy and Communication plan
• Experience with OCM and leading teams.
• Stakeholder management experience and great communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects within budget and schedule constraints
• As a person, you have excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT system roll-outs
• Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new IT systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address impacts of IT system implementations
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Define and oversee training and support programs to enable staff to effectively utilise new IT systems
