Are you motived by taking on a leading role in the further development of Autorola Indicata in Denmark, and are you eager to grow the business at major customers in the leasing and automotive industry? Then you might be the new RV Forecast and Data Sales Manager that Autorola is looking for!

Autorola Indicata is a global leader in used car valuations and market reporting. It offers SW solutions that provide the customer with a live overview where they constantly scan the market for actual real-time sales prices on each individual type of car.

As the new RV Forecast and Data Sales Manager, you will have the responsibility of developing the local sales strategy for RV prognoses and data engagement, in that way expanding the customer portfolio within RV data in Denmark.

You will cover everything from the outreach sales activities, where you identify potential customers, to the project management of the implementation phase of the solutions at the customers.

In that way, you will be the one communicating the conceptual value of Indicata towards all potential customers, whilst also representing your expertise within RV and data at industry events and webinars. You will have the opportunity of bringing along a subject matter expert for more detailed and technical dialogues with the customer.

You will also cover the opportunities for data sales of customized BI reports and analyses of market trends. For example, identifying possible customer segments outside the automotive industry.

Your core responsibilities and tasks:

  • To proactively lead all sales engagements with potential Danish Indicata customers in the leasing and banking customer segment, including:
    • Prospecting/Networking
    • Initial contact and requirement gathering
    • Developing and presenting solutions
    • Functional specification for development team
    • Initial costs and pricing proposal
    • Project Management through development and implementation phase
    • Ensuring coordination and delivery between customers, local team and HQ
  • To deliver sales data strategy for Indicata solutions
  • To act as the RV and data voice for Indicata in Denmark
  • To work closely with other business units to coordinate and deliver integrated solutions where opportunities exist – Autorola United
  • To maintain ongoing client relationships and identify and complete further closed won opportunities
  • To support customers in their understanding of Indicata’s RV mechanism and on their RV forecasting capabilities         

Personal and professional qualifications

Your background can be varied, but to succeed in this role we imagine that you will have the following qualifications:

  • Broad understanding of automotive used car data and RV across a number of sectors (Retail, OEM, Leasing, Bank, Insurance, etc.)
  • A background from either the automotive, banking or leasing industry
  • Highly commercial profile
  • Good understanding of data and BI tools such as Excel, Power BI and Tableau
  • Proven customer engagement skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • English, both spoken and written, at a high professional level, as well as either Danish or Swedish

Your personality is equally important, and we are looking for an independent and self-driven person who is outgoing, has a resilient and flexible hunting and consultancy mindset, and is always aiming at success.

Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator and presenter, as well as being self-motivating, highly organized, reliable and a team player.
