At Viio, we’re on a mission to redefine how businesses plan, manage and optimize their software investments. Our product lets companies get 360 degree visibility into all their SaaS and cloud vendors, receive intelligent recommendations for optimizing their licenses and contracts, and save up to 30% of their annual spend. We just raised a seed investment round, and now we’re looking to expand our team.

As SaaS Procurement Manager at Viio, you will play a crucial role in shaping the approach to sourcing, managing, and optimizing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) spend on behalf of our customers. In this role, you’ll lead the procurement process and negotiation for selected SaaS tools across our customer base, ensuring cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and alignment with business stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to build out scalable procurement processes and have a lasting impact as we help our customers mature this crucial business area.


What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the procurement expert for customers, managing the end-to-end acquisition process of SaaS tools on their behalf.

  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand their business objectives, software requirements, and budget constraints.

  • Evaluate and recommend SaaS solutions that align with customers’ needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high value.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with SaaS vendors on behalf of customers, securing the most favorable agreements while mitigating risk.

  • Proactively monitor customers’ SaaS portfolios, identifying opportunities to optimize license usage, reduce redundancies, and improve efficiency.

  • Provide ongoing insights and reporting to customers about their SaaS usage, vendor performance, and renewal timelines.

  • Stay up-to-date on SaaS market trends, emerging tools, and pricing models to provide informed recommendations for customers.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Management, Customer Success, and Professional Services) to deliver exceptional service to customers.

  • Develop and refine scalable procurement processes to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery for multiple clients.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS procurement or vendor management, preferably working in a customer-facing role.

  • Strong knowledge of the SaaS market, licensing agreements, and procurement best practices.

  • Proven ability to work as an external partner, advocating for customer needs and delivering tailored procurement strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and vendors.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of securing favorable agreements.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate software usage and recommend cost-saving strategies.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with SaaS management platforms and procurement tools is a plus.
