Position Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Bangalore ( Hybrid)
Experience Required: 6–10 years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Mining & Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and cross-sell services, including staffing and managed services, to expand the customer portfolio.
2. Customer Meetings & Engagement:
-Regularly meet with clients to understand their business priorities, challenges, and hiring needs.
-Develop a deep understanding of clients’ organizational goals to propose customized solutions.
-Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on industry trends and best practices in technology hiring.
3. Understanding Technology Hiring:
-Gain a solid understanding of technology hiring needs, trends, and job roles in IT companies.
-Partner with clients to strategize and provide talent solutions for both staffing and managed services requirements.
-Act as a subject-matter expert on technology hiring and provide guidance to clients on workforce planning.
4. Requirement Qualification:
-Work closely with clients to gather detailed job requirements and qualify them to ensure alignment with Emagine’s capabilities.
-Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity in deliverables and timelines.
5. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:
-Work in tandem with recruitment teams to ensure the timely delivery of quality candidates for open positions.
-Monitor and manage recruitment pipelines to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
6. Work Order Management:
-Draft, negotiate, and finalize work orders/contracts in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with organizational policies and client requirements during work order creation.
7. Customer Focus & Relationship Management:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and resolutions.
-Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating client needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Regularly gather client feedback to improve service quality and maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
8. Market Insights & Reporting:
-Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to help shape business strategies.
-Prepare and present account performance reports and business growth updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 6–10 years in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development roles, preferably in IT/ITES staffing or managed services.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
• Technology Knowledge: Sound understanding of technology hiring trends, IT job roles, and managed services requirements.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to qualify requirements effectively and align solutions to client needs.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales and recruitment.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
• Result-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
