Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor with key holder responsibility, who are motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core. This role require availability to work afternoon/evenings and weekends.

As a Key Holder at ARKET, your responsibilities are divided into three parts: Customers, Colleagues and Procedures. As Key Holder you support the management team in actioning the day to day operations of the store and some days you are responsible for opening or closing the store.

Some of your responsibilities include:

To always put our customers first! You work actively to increase sales and contribute to creating the best possible customer experience for everyone visiting the store while always supporting your team.

Keep updated and share information on size, fit, materials, garment care, the story of our products and styling options with customers.

Processing our customer transactions and ensuring that all routines are followed at the cash & service desks to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Receiving and processing our deliveries. Ensure product availability through efficient product flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.

Helping to prepare our Season Sales and regular seasonal campaigns.

Ensure all areas of the sales floor and back of house are always clean and tidy.

Being a role model and providing feedback to your colleagues.

This is a part-time position offering 30 hours a week , starting in October 2024 .
