Your Mission

The Sales & Revenue Operations team at Mercell is, among other things, responsible for operationalising HubSpot, our main CRM, sales and marketing tool, as well as MonetizeNow, our subscription management system (SMS). The team works in close collaboration with numerous internal stakeholders and technology partners, running various projects, managing data and developing processes in order to increase efficiency.

We are looking for skilled individuals within sales operations and CRM administration. You are a person that enjoys sales and the challenges around operations and building processes. You also have a strong interest in data management, and a keen attention to detail. A proactive and positive attitude and a splash of good humour will go a long way in ensuring you are a cultural fit too!


Core Responsibilities

  • Order-to-cash process quality and management
  • CRM & SMS administration and data management
  • Issue handling & sales operations support
  • Project management support
  • Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams

Required Qualifications

  • Sales or sales operations experience in a SaaS environment
  • Obtained university degree (Bachelor / Masters or equivalent) in a relevant field of study
  • Fluent ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Independent mindset and the ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferably experience working in a CRM / SMS system, such as HubSpot, Salesforce (and CPQ), Microsoft Dynamics, SuperOffice etc.
  • Exposure to policies and rules, pricing strategies, contract management, order-to-quote administration and/or business processes is a plus
  • Ability to communicate in a Scandinavian language, Finnish and/or Dutch is a plus
  • Demonstrably strong business acumen and a positive attitude
