As our new Sales Associate, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and Scientific Alliances and join our dynamic business development team. We're seeking a highly organized individual eager to learn and grow into a role where you'll take ownership of your own sales area within 12+ months.
Your Role:
Initial 12 Months:
- Learn our products and services to communicate value to clients effectively.
- Maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Support the Director in daily sales activities: follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and prepare materials.
- Participate in meetings and conferences, both virtual and in-person.
Post 12 Months: and in addition to above:
- Transition to a Sales Manager, responsible for your own disease area
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned area while nurturing existing relationships.
- Conduct independent sales presentations and negotiate deals.
- Travel internationally (30-50 days/year) to meet clients and represent Nordic Bioscience.
- Contribute to sales strategies across disease areas.
What You Bring:
- Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field is a requirement.
- Passion for sales in the Life Science industry.
- Highly organized and strive for excellence in everything you do.
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with aspirations to take ownership of sales projects.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally (30+ days/year).
- Bonus: Experience in sales or business development but not a requirement
