Position Overview
To provide Ralph Lauren customers with exceptional sales support and service at the company's stores in Illum, Copenhagen.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Provide exceptional customer service •Assist clients with selection of merchandise and styling. •Develop strong commercial relationships with clients. •Responsible for achieving and exceeding personal and team sales targets. •Prepare and maintain stock on the sales floor. •Daily replenishment of stock according to allocation. •Demonstrate a clear understanding and implementation of product, lifestyle, good merchandising and styling technique. •Maintain effective communication with all peers and seniors (e.g. holds, sends, deliveries, schedules etc).Experience, Skills & Knowledge
•Minimum one year experience in luxury brands. •In depth Sales and Customer service experience and product knowledge. •Advocate of the Company, brand and product in the market. •Works to a high standard of service. •Understands the Ralph Lauren philosophy and aesthetic. •Enjoys working in a team, being co-operative and supportive to fellow members. •Able to demonstrate strong communication skills. •Well-groomed individual with a good understanding of trends, fashion and competition. •Can demonstrate flexibility and innovation in reacting positively to changing work demands. •Fluency in Danish and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.Husk at skrive i din ansøgning, at du så jobbet hos Ofir
