We are looking for a strong Sales Coordinator to join our JACK & JONES team in Brande to collaborate closely with the sales representatives and play a significant role in contributing to developing JACK & JONES’ position in Canada.

YOUR TEAM
You will be joining a dynamic and international sales team at JACK & JONES in Brande. The team consists of 8 dedicated and energetic colleagues who handle responsibilities in the Oversea & West markets.

YOUR ROLE
Your primary responsibility will be the administrative support of our sales responsible, our sales representatives and our Key Account customers in Canada. In addition, you will be the link between the customers, the sales team and JACK & JONES’ buying department.
More specifically, your tasks include:

Ensuring correct sales flow in collaboration with Buying and Sales

Order processing and following up on order and stock situation.

Distribution of products to our customers.

Assisting at collection meetings, sales events and fairs.

Optimising sales to our customers/partners.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an individual with a sales-oriented, positive, and energetic attitude, who thrives in an administrative role that requires you to work on and prioritise between multiple tasks at the same time. We hire for mindset and train for skills, but it would be great, if you bring the following to the table:

Good understanding of the business.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience from a sales position would be an advantage.
