Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a new administrative Sales Coordinator to contribute to NAME IT’s continuous development and growth in the Southern European markets.

YOUR TEAM
You will become a part of the Service team in NAME IT's sales department. We are a team of six colleagues who work across all our markets with one common goal: ensuring that the markets have the necessary products and information to generate results. YOUR JOB
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales representatives and sales responsible on the Spanish, Italian and French market in their daily work. Moreover, you will serve as a backup for the sales team in the countries as well as carry out independent administrative and sales related tasks across the department. Furthermore, you will also be supporting our key accounts in all three countries with various tasks and securing a high service level and customer satisfactions. 

More specifically, your tasks will include:  

Daily contact with and support towards sales representatives on the Spanish, Italian and French market

Close cooperation with the country sales responsible and the division manager

Order management and follow-up on stock level

Daily product distributions and close dialog with the teams regarding product deliveries 

Preparing collections for the sales start and daily follow-ups during the sales period

Creating various sales overviews

Preparation for and support during sales meetings.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an individual with a sales-oriented, collaborative and energetic attitude, who thrives in an administrative role that requires you to work on and prioritise between multiple tasks at the same time. You are a strong coordinator and can maintain a full overview of your own tasks and the various activities and projects across teams. As a person, you are outgoing, positive and open minded, enabling you to build and maintain relations with different stakeholders. It would be great, if you also bring the following:

Experience from a similar position

Professional proficiency in Spanish, Italian and/or French

Fluent in English, written as well as spoken

Understanding of numbers and business 

Experience with the Microsoft Office package.
