We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to manage and coordinate sales activities while assisting with closing deals. 

Your key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and/or sales team to process inquiries and orders, while also close sales opportunities
  • Proactively follow up on leads, quotes, and customer interactions to drive sales growth
  • Update and maintain sales activities in our internal software, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure clients understand and maximise the benefits of the products and services
  • Generate regular sales performance reports, as well as assist in forecasting customer needs and sales trends

Requirements

  • You have a customer-focused mindset, understanding the needs of the customer
  • You have strong communication skills and can work well with others
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in sales department
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools is a plus
