Are you a driven and inventive Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience hunting and qualifying deals? And would you like to join a growth company working selling SaaS solutions across Europe. If so, Tembi is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an SDR responsible for hunting and qualifying deals within the logistic, e-com and real estate sector.

At Tembi, we help our clients understand how a market changes and how companies act. Our SaaS solution enables deep insights into various European segments and industries, allowing our clients to identify, target, and win new clients, react to market changes, and optimise their offerings based on Tembi’s insights.

As our team and customer portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and driven SDR/to ensure the ongoing expansion of our B2B customer base.

About the Role

As our new SDR, you will be vital in expanding Tembi's e-commerce client portfolio across Europe. Your primary focus will be our market intelligence solution designed for companies working with e-commerce, real estate or logistics.

As a part of our SDR team, you will help establish new opportunities in our pipeline and together with attached sales specialist you will help sales qualified potential clients and significantly impact the sales process - especially the first steps in our sales funnel.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers (Outreach via calls, LinkedIn, trade fairs and inbound follow-up)
  • Engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate meaningful conversations (we use Salesloft, Hubspot, Sales Navigator and Lusha).
  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to develop and execute targeted strategies to convert leads into qualified opportunities and new clients.
  • Built and maintained a strong pipeline of leads, tracked progress, and provided regular updates to the sales management team.
  • Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts, providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate

As the ideal candidate for this role, you bring experience in selling SaaS or complex solutions to SMEs and large businesses. You may have a background in business, marketing, sales or analytics.

Essential qualifications and traits we value include:

  • A proven track record of acquiring and qualifying new deals in the pipeline
  • Experience working with top-funnel sales, preferably from a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of exceeding your targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills allow you to engage successfully with managerial roles and C-level executives
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies (preferably MEDDIC) and typical SaaS metrics.
  • A pleasant and collaborative personality, thriving in an informal, compassionate, and ambitious work environment.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English (Danish language skills are not required)
