The Role & You

To create and develop the Nordic market we are looking for a sales talent preferably located in Sweden, Denmark or Finland. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience, a background in technical sales and the ability to drive new business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for the revenue growth and primary commercial contact in the assigned region of Northern Europe
  • Maintain the current customer base, identify new businesses and design-in of EnOcean products either directly or with our distribution partners
  • Extend the customer base outside of the primary design-in focus of IoT, Smart building commercial building sectors into areas such as industrial.
  • Develop long-term relationships at all levels with clients, managing and understanding their requirements
  • Maintain day-to-day business such as pricing, technical enquiries and forecasts with existing customers
  • Regular reporting to the HQ on forecasts and revenue plans for the region
  • Arrange and carry out product training for customers or distributors
  • Meet sales targets and ensure forecasted projects are on track
  • Confidence to present the company and technology at webinars and conferences to large audiences
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and other marketing events
  • Collect market & customer feedback to help define new products
  • Maintain and acquire OEM customers in UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and parts of BENELUX

What we’re looking for

  • Have negotiating skills for selling our product with relevant B2B marketing proficiency
  • Have a home-based sales office
  • Understand wireless system architectures and technical system requirements
  • Have practical experience of IoT products, preferably building automation or lighting industry
  • Are skilled in OEM-sales and technologies; willing to travel
  • Speak a Nordic language and English fluently
  • Have a minimum of three years of work experience
