In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the sales process — from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Collaborating closely with our Product Support and Customer Success teams, you’ll ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and foster long-term client success.

Working closely with our dedicated teams in Product Support and Customer Success, you’ll play a pivotal role in showcasing Contenera’s innovative SaaS solutions, designed to automate and streamline export processes. Key responsibilities
- Sales ownership: Take charge of the entire sales cycle with large and enterprise clients — from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients while reinforcing Contenera’s reputation as a market leader in export process automation.
- Proactive prospecting: Identify and target key industries and decision-makers, leveraging outreach, networking, and market research to uncover high-potential opportunities.
- Solution selling: Effectively communicate Contenera’s value proposition, showcasing how our SaaS platform automates and streamlines export processes, enhances compliance, and integrates seamlessly with ERPs and government systems. Tailor your approach to address each client's unique challenges and goals.
- Pipeline management: Develop and maintain a healthy and diverse sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity and delivering on ambitious sales targets. Proactively identify bottlenecks and address them to maintain momentum.
- Collaborative partnerships: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Support, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation. Your role is key to creating a positive first impression for new clients and setting the stage for long-term success.
- Data-driven sales reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals. Provide actionable insights and performance updates to the leadership team to guide strategic decisions.
- Market insight and feedback: Stay attuned to industry trends and customer needs, sharing feedback with the product and marketing teams to drive innovation and improve alignment with the market.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3+ years in enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS or tech industries, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Experience in selling solutions for compliance, automation, or ERP integration is a plus.
- Hunter mentality: A proactive and self-motivated approach to finding and engaging new business opportunities. You excel at identifying key decision-makers, building rapport, and closing high-value deals.
- Consultative selling expertise: Skilled at uncovering client pain points and presenting tailored solutions that deliver measurable value. You thrive on understanding complex client needs and positioning our platform as the ideal fit.
- Results-driven mindset: You are highly motivated by achieving and surpassing targets and are always looking for ways to refine and enhance your approach for better outcomes.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in both Danish and English is required. Danish is crucial for engaging with local clients, while English is our corporate language and vital for internal communication and collaboration.
- Data-driven approach: Confident in using data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize sales strategies, and monitor performance. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot or similar platforms, is preferred.
