What You’ll Do 


Sales Strategy & Hands-On Execution 

Execute and Enhance Proven Strategies: Build on our well-defined customer segments, value propositions, and execution plans while bringing your own expertise to refine and improve them. 

Build Relationships: Actively engage with potential clients through established outreach methods—cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings—while exploring new ways to connect and maximize impact. 

Close Deals: Use your negotiation and persuasion skills to secure impactful partnerships, applying strategies we know work while experimenting with your own. 


Process Development & Operational Execution 

Refine and Innovate: Adapt and enhance our existing sales materials, presentations, and methodologies to align with your style and improve effectiveness. ● Optimize CRM Utilization: Utilize our established CRM tools and reporting systems to track progress, manage leads, and analyze performance, while identifying opportunities for optimization. 

Build on Proven Insights: Benefit from a clear understanding of what works and what doesn’t in our sales process, with the flexibility to test new approaches and refine operations further. 


Collaboration & Tangible Impact 

Collaborate and Improve: Work closely with the team and current clients to execute established strategies, while proactively contributing your ideas to elevate our sales approach. 

Strengthen and Innovate Reputation: Play a key role in not only solidifying Folks’ reputation as a trusted and impactful company but also finding innovative ways to enhance it. 


What We’re Looking For

Experience

○ At least 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industries like hospitality, creative services, building services, and similar. 

○ Hands-on experience in selling to medium-to-large companies (50–250 employees). 

Proven Track Record

○ A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with clear examples or documentation of your results (e.g., sales reports, revenue growth, client testimonials). 

○ Demonstrated success in selling to HR, operations, and executive-level decision-makers, with specific examples of partnerships you’ve built.

Interpersonal Excellence

○ Strong communication and presentation skills that allow you to clearly explain ideas and value propositions. 

○ Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and long-term client partnerships. 

Strategic & Execution-Oriented Mindset

○ A focus on delivering results, from planning strategies to executing them successfully. 

Startup Mindset

○ Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-changing environment, taking ownership of tasks and finding solutions on your own. 

Market Awareness

○ Knowledge of trends in the Danish market, especially in the service or hospitality industries, and how they can influence your approach to clients.
