We are introducing a range of new and innovative offerings to the market.

We are expanding our operations and are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our sales organization. The role will focus on shipowners having newbuilding and retrofit projects, contributing to driving growth within our company.
This position is located in Aalborg, Denmark.

Main responsibilities:
  • Initiate and actively promote sales with shipowners engaged in new building projects. This includes liaison with and coordinating the Newbuilding Team.
  • Actively drive the development of sales and promotion of the company’s entire portfolio to shipowners, ship designers, and, to some extent, shipyards.
  • Ensure the proposed solution fulfill customer requirements and are technically feasible.
  • Lead sales projects and negotiate contracts, both technically and commercially, for newbuilds, retrofits and upgrades.
  • Actively promote strategic marine initiatives in the market by contributing to conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and lobby events.
     
We expect you to have:
  • Some years of experience from B2B Sales, Business Development, Project Sales or Sales Account Management.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • A strong technical education/background or maritime industry experience (e.g. marine engineering or similar).
  • Understanding of complex electrical installations relevant to the company’s three product categories.
  • Experience with newbuilding or retrofit projects.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude.
  • A drive to grow the business, close the deals, and increase the market share.
  • A systematic and organized approach to work.
  • The ability to identify or develop the right solution for customers.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
This role requires travel to meet customers around the world, although many of the meetings are conducted virtually.
