With thousands of satisfied customers across Scandinavia and Germany, we are expanding and seeking a Sales Manager to drive our growth in the German market.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding JOOLL's presence. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
Market Expansion: Drive growth initiatives to enhance JOOLL’s footprint in the German market.
Contract Management: Oversee and negotiate client contracts to ensure mutual value.
We are seeking a results-driven individual with:
A proven track record in sales, ideally in B2B environments
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
Fluency in German and English.
