About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Operations Manager to support our Head of Sales and Sales team in driving operational sales excellence. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimising our sales processes, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and data to succeed, and tracking performance metrics to align with our strategic goals. This position is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Holdbar.

Key responsibilities

Sales Process Optimisation: Collaborate with our Head of Sales to design and refine sales processes that are aligned with Holdbar’s strategic goals. Ensure that these processes are consistently implemented across the sales team.

CRM Management: Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of our CRM system, HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and that it serves the evolving needs of the sales team.

Sales Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Utilise these insights to recommend actionable strategies.

Forecasting & Planning: Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets and providing regular updates to senior management..

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with company-wide objectives and targets.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably within a scaling SaaS environment.

Mindset: A proactive, ambitious problem-solver who is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills: 

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working with HubSpot
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
