Are you a Behind-the-Scene Sales Ninja ready to take on a pivotal role within our sales team? Join us as the Sales Operations Manager, where you'll be the hub of sales and an essential access point for our team. Always ahead of the game, you'll ensure our global sales team is prepared and supported every step of the way.

Our sales team operates globally, and you will be the central figure ensuring alignment on processes, learning from others and help building a sales team spirit.

About the Role:

As the Sales Operations Manager, you'll act as a close partner to our CEO and Head of Sales. Think of yourself as the assisting coach, the wingman of sales, ensuring no one is left behind.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operation: Prepare weekly sales sprints, follow up with sales staff for progress on pipeline and leads.
  • Close Partnership with Head of Sales: Coordinate tasks within the sales team and across the company, working closely with our Head of Sales.
  • Admin Support: Provide scheduling, communications, and travel arrangement support to the sales team.
  • Team meetings: Host sales meetings, training sessions, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Sales Process Documentation: Develop and maintain clear and consistent sales process documentation.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Administer and optimize our CRM system to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to help the sales team unlock their potential.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project management and customer success teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a consulting sales organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address the needs of the sales team and clients.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes is a plus.
