Sales & Product Responsible - FEMME

At SELECTED FEMME, we are looking for an ambitious Sales & Product Responsible with a great drive to join our team. You will play a central role in an energetic, international, and results-oriented sales team, where we all focus on being the best business partner for our colleagues and customers.

YOUR DEPARTMENT
You will become part of an ambitious sales department in growth, consisting of a team of 15 energetic colleagues at our headquarters in Brande, who work closely together across our markets. Your position will be part of the BENELUX FEMME & HOMME Sales team. Aside from your sales colleagues in Denmark, you will also collaborate closely with the sales teams in the countries. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure close cooperation with our buying and express departments as well as the local FEMME and HOMME sales teams, who you support with various product development and sales-related tasks. Through close dialogue and daily feedback, you ensure that our sales teams are supported, when it comes to local product and sales needs. 

Your job will be split between 70% product and 30% sales related tasks and include:

Developing country specific products in close collaboration with local sales teams and (express) buying teams

In-depth product knowledge from collections, brand and markets

Supporting the Regional Sales Manager on collections and coordination of SIS and Soft Shops, retail opening campaigns and local brand events

Tracking and updating local D2D and express styles, gambled styles and stock

Recognizing and seizing (sales) opportunities to grow the markets.

You are an outgoing, ambitious, and action-oriented sales professional with the ability to create structure and take responsibility. You are dedicated to your work and capable of delivering on the high growth potential of your region. Your personality and strong business sense enable you to build strong relationships with the product and sales teams. You are not afraid to take initiative, resulting in solid business results. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience from a position as Sales or Buying Responsible, Key Account or Sales Coordinator, Sales Backup or similar

Knowledge of the fashion industry

Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office

Fluent in written and spoken English, Dutch and Danish is an advantage.
