As a Sales Representative for Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Promote, introduce, and sell the designated range of IATD products to end users through demonstrations, achieving sales targets in line with the IATD operating plan. Build and maintain knowledge of the product range, including competitors' products, and report any significant changes affecting future business. Identify and manage relationships with key accounts, including new business generation and managing key contacts. Build and manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, end users, contractors, and Engineering Consultants. Update the CRM system with sales visits, opportunities, and activities, and train distributor internal and external salespeople. Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Proven Adhesives or Tapes sales experience or a background in an Industrial Sales B2B role with a proven track record of success in winning and retaining business Experience of managing a sales territory with multiple product lines Strong levels of communication at all levels Proficient in using CRM (Salesforce) systems to manage sales territory Proficiency in English and Danish Valid Driver License Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
A good level of general education Degree qualification or equivalent preferred but not essential IT literate and competent with the Microsoft office package Hungry and dynamic with a focus on delivering strong results Self-motivated with an enthusiastic approach Team player with a strong focus on customer delivery Ability to build relationships and operate in a complex organization Job specifics:
