As a Sales Representative at Maturix, you’ll play a key role in fostering relationships with our existing customers and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with current customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Identifying opportunities to expand customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Supporting internal sales efforts to drive adoption and usage of Maturix solutions.
Utilizing CRM systems to manage and track customer relationships, pipeline stages, and sales activities.
Driving pipeline-based sales efforts, ensuring consistent follow-ups and progress tracking.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and adoption.
Ensuring customers understand and utilize the full potential of our hardware and software solutions.
Analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success (1-5 years preferred).
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) and pipeline management.
A customer-centric approach and ability to build trust quickly.
Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides (or similar tools).
Ability to work with sales campaigns and understand customer segmentation.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
