Are you a motivated and customer-focused professional with experience in solution selling or technology sales? Are you ready to drive full sales cycles and build strong relationships with clients in the e-commerce industry?

Tembi is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist, responsible for managing the full sales cycle and expanding our customer base by driving revenue growth within the logistic, e-com or real estate sector.

At Tembi, we help our clients understand how markets change and how companies act. Our SaaS solution provides deep insights into various European segments and industries, enabling our clients to identify, target, and win new clients, react to market changes, and optimize their offerings based on Tembi’s insights.

About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be managing the sales process within your designated client segment, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensuring clients get the most value from our solutions.

With reference to the business lead of your designated segment you will work closely with SDRs and Sales Engineers to confidently guide potential clients through each step of the sales cycle, significantly contributing to the success of the e-commerce segment.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals with clients 
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring continuous engagement and follow-ups.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and SDR teams to align on strategies and ensure high-quality leads.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth for the e-commerce segment.

The Ideal Candidate

As the ideal candidate for this role, you bring experience in solution selling or technology sales and have a passion for managing the full sales cycle.

You are driven, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Essential qualifications and traits we value include:

  • +2 years of proven experience in solution selling or technology sales - preferably within the e-commerce sector, real estate, logistics or adjacent markets.
  • A strong track record of managing your own sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at various levels.
  • An understanding of sales processes and methodologies, as well as typical SaaS metrics.
  • A motivated, client-focused personality with a drive to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English - (Danish language skills are not required).
