About the role

We now have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our  Customer Response Center team in Padborg.

In the role as Sales Support Specialist you will coordinate and oversee all activities from the order entry to invoicing, with a high involvement in the supply chain and logistics processes, for a selected group of customers within Scandinavia. You will provide excellent service towards our service partners, customers and internal stakeholders.

You will be successful in the role by mastering IT applications, processes, data and using your analytical and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Coordinating the entire supply chain of our products (cooling units and spare parts) for selected customers:

  • Communication with different functions within Carrier (factories, sales team, service team, workshop in Denmark) as well as our service partners and customers.
  • Coordination of deliveries to our partners, customers and workshop.
  • Providing detail on availability of parts and products
  • Raising orders to our factory / European head office
  • Scheduling deliveries to be cost effective, efficient and to match customers’ requirements and conduct weekly check-ins accordingly.
  • Raising and sending invoices for finish good sales in a timely manner
  • Ensure thorough application of department processes in order to drive key performance metrics.
  • Answering customer and internal queries in a timely manner

To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • Analytical and administration skills, proven problem-solving skills, detail oriented.
  • A digital mindset with process knowledge and understanding. Proficient with Microsoft packages Outlook, Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI. Experience in ERP system.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively internally & externally.
  • Fluency in Danish & English.
