About the Role
Admix is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to serve as a key technical resource for our customers, sales channel partners, and outside sales team. You will be responsible for evaluating customer applications, recommending the right Admix products, and managing the Sizing & Quoting stage of the sales process. In addition, you will oversee and conduct lab tests using Admix equipment, working closely with customers to optimize their mixing solutions.
This role is based at our Fredensborg, Denmark location and reports to the Admix Europe Sales Manager.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert technical guidance and reinforcing Admix's position as a trusted industry leader.
- Generate equipment quotations by gathering process data, using sizing tools, and coordinating with engineering and production teams.
- Perform lab tests and experiments with customer-supplied materials, analyzing results and providing detailed reports.
- Manage and maintain the Lab testing facility, ensuring smooth operations, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to streamline the sales and testing process.
- Assist with after-sales support, including troubleshooting and working with the Aftermarket team to resolve process-related issues.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to organize customer data, track interactions, and contribute to sales process improvements.
- Support trade shows and customer site visits (limited travel up to 20%).
What We're Looking For
- Technical expertise: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry preferred.
- Lab experience: Hands-on experience in a product laboratory test environment required.
- Customer-focused mindset: Experience in sales, technical support, or customer service preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, think outside the box, and provide innovative solutions.
- Communication & collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Organization & efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
- Software skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift at least 25kg.
- This position interacts with our team in the United States, must be fluent in English
