Are you interested in sales, have good attention to detail, good technical knowledge, and are you also a skilled coordinator? Then you might be Aasted's new Sales supporter, who will support our sales managers in our Service solutions team and ensure the quality of our internal sales processes.

Aasted is a global and market-leading manufacturer of machines and equipment for the chocolate, bakery, and confectionery industries.

 

About the Team

In Service Solutions, we support our sales managers, which span across departments and countries. We ensure quality throughout the sales process from the first quotation to the handover of sold projects to the Project Department. Service solutions consist of both Solution sales managers + and technical sales managers focusing on sales of Service visits, Service agreements and upgrades and you will be our first sales supporter. Our experience and skills in the team are diverse, which we appreciate. In the department, we enjoy a casual vibe and contribute to team efforts. Service Solutions is part of Aftersales Sales, which covers Customer Service, Spare parts, Installation & Commissioning and Ecommerce.

 

About the Job

As a Sales supporter, you will be responsible for your own projects/quotations for specific customers and Key Accounts. Your daily tasks include calculating sales prices, preparing quotations, and creating sales orders and order confirmations, all in close collaboration with Sales managers, Technical Sales, and the Project Department. Tasks will also include coordinating input and output between Logistics, Service, and Project, calculations on equipment and service solutions to be offered, preparing quotations, and creating orders and projects upon sale.

 

Your primary tasks in the job are:

  • Prepare quotations and order confirmations in our two quotation systems
  • Calculate sales prices and prepare pre-calculations
  • Arrange and prepare materials for internal meetings related to sales projects
  • Responsible for forwarding documentation before and after these meetings
  • Create project documentation and invoice for sold equipment
  • Create and send internal materials for information sharing to the rest of the company on given projects

 

About You

  • Possess good communication skills and can communicate internally and externally at all levels
  • Have technical insight as we sell technical solutions
  • Thrive working based on processes

 

Professional Qualifications

There can be many entry points to this position, and your educational background is not a primary consideration. You may come from a similar position or have worked with other forms of sales support or project management. However, it is a must that you:

  • Can speak and write both Danish and English - and it is also a valuable skill if you can speak German.
  • Are an experienced IT user; including Microsoft Office, and if you are familiar with ERP systems such as Axapta, SAP, etc., it is beneficial.
