Adversus is a fast-growing SaaS company based in the heart of Aarhus, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that transform workflows for companies worldwide. As we continue to grow, we need a dedicated full-time Sales Supporter to ensure our sales team has the support they need to succeed. As a Sales Supporter, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our sales operations. You’ll be the backbone of the team, taking on a mix of back-office and process-driven tasks, allowing our sales executives to focus on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in optimizing sales processes, ensuring smooth operations across the team.
Maintain and update customer information, sales reports, and documentation.
Work with our CRM to ensure data accuracy, run reports, and provide support for the sales team (experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not a requirement).
Handle secretarial and administrative tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What we want you to bring
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proactive mindset and willingness to tackle a variety of challenges.
Interested in learning and working with tools like Salesforce, and other software.
An eye for improving workflows and streamlining operations. Collaborative spirit with a can-do attitude.
Experience in sales support, administration, or coordination roles is a plus.
