Currently, we operate in Austria, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and Malaysia.



Are you an experienced B2B sales leader with a passion for account management and strategic sales leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to join our rapidly growing B2B organization as a B2B Sales Team Manager for the Danish market. In this role, you will lead our sales team in Denmark, oversee key accounts, and drive growth through relationship-building and strategic account management.

About the Role: 

We are seeking an ambitious B2B Sales Team Leader to join our high-performing and collaborative team. As a leader, you will enable your team and clients to thrive, leveraging our structured B2B sales process from start to finish. This role offers a base salary with a rewarding commission model tied to your team’s performance. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a talented sales team, taking accountability for the local budget while providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Focus on Account Management: Oversee and grow key client relationships, ensuring long-term value creation.
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive results by coaching on-the-job, building team momentum, nurturing a positive culture, and leading with data-driven insights.
  • Strengthen Client Partnerships: Focus on developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning our solutions to drive their success.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with other teams to achieve shared objectives, bringing a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.

About You:

  • Sales and Account Management Pro: You have a proven track record in B2B sales and account management, with experience leading a team and driving client success.
  • Strategic Thinker: You excel in managing key accounts, focusing on long-term relationships and value delivery.
  • Empathetic Leader: A dynamic and supportive leader, you have a growth mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good sense of humor.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Danish and proficient in English.

Recruitment Process:

  • Initial Call with recruitment to discuss the role, your experience and motivations.
  • Next step is a personality assessment test.
  • First Interview to explore the day-to-day of the role and delve deeper into your experience and motivation.
  • Second Interview to discuss how you would fit into our vision.
  • Third interview/Final discussion to discuss the potential offer including reference check.
