What’s the Role About?

As Sales Director, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth journey, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll take charge of the Sales department, leading the team while also managing and growing your own portfolio of key clients. Our customers come from both the traditional energy sector and emerging green markets, giving you a unique opportunity to drive impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and execute winning sales strategies that drive growth.

✔️ Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-energy sales team.

✔️ Set and exceed sales budgets & KPIs.

✔️ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.

✔️ Represent EMS at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities (approx. 15-30 travel days per year).

 

Who Are You?

We’re looking for a proactive, driven leader with a strong technical background and a passion for sales. Someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys building relationships, and loves closing deals.

 

Your Background & Skills:

Technical expertise - Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Technician, or similar.

Proven success in project sales, ideally in the energy sector.

Industry know-how - experience with traditional and renewable energy markets.

Track record of technical sales - you know how to sell complex solutions.

Strong IT skills - tech-savvy and data-driven.

✅ Fluent in Danish & English.
