We are hiring a Sampling Performance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring efficient consumer acquisitions through our current mobile app partners and lead extension of our network as well as add new sampling sources. You need to have experience and knowledge about online mobile advertising preferably from both CPA and CPM based setups with conversion/acquisition as the main objective. You will be referring to the CEO and be responsible to plan and execute the lead acquisition strategy across different channels.
The Job
Execute on the sampling marketing strategy across different channels to steer efficient acquisition of respondents for survey completions
Monitor channels, analyse data, tweak ads and spend to continuously improve conversions
Partnership management of existing and new mobile app partners
Collaborate with our tech team for improvements of integrations and automation across the sampling process
Optimise and develop our global lead acquisition sampling strategy
You
Experience in working with global paid media strategies
Experience in working with both CPA and CPM based setups with conversion as main objective
You are ready to take responsibility and take the lead within your area
You have the ability to analyse, optimise and develop all parts of the advertising funnel
Experience working with sampling in the market research industry is a plus
