The position
As SAP BTP Developer, you will work closely with your Solution Architect colleagues on SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors Platform and ServiceNow platform and together engage with both People and Organisation (HR) and IT stakeholders to shape, design, and develop business requirements into global digital solutions for Novo Nordisk.
You will work in an Agile program and engage with multiple agile teams to understand and shape the business needs and core challenges, while providing technical sparring, guidance and developing high quality solutions in close collaboration with your colleagues and implementation partners.

We are looking for senior and junior developers and your level and salary will match your experience and skills. Backend (middlelayer) experience is a must. The position is in Denmark; however, 50 % of your work can be performed remotely (from Denmark).

About the Department
The position is anchored in our HR IT Solution Design department within the HR Digital, Data, and IT (HR DD&IT) unit, which is a global organisation consisting of approx. 90 employees based in Denmark, India, Poland and the US, and team members are placed closely to HR teams for better collaboration and hands-on business support.
Novo Nordisk Global People & Organisation (HR) and HR IT collaborate closely to deliver great digital solutions to our more than 55,000 employees and leaders across the globe.
Together, we are responsible for the globalisation and digitalisation of all people related processes in Novo Nordisk. We are building solutions to deliver high quality HR services as well as great tools for leaders to hire, engage and develop their people. In our department, we have a possibility to work from home up to 50% of time.
