SAP Compliance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance & Validation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide mentorship and consulting support focused on compliance and validation processes, using a pragmatic, risk-based approach. You will assist with team development, documentation review, and contribute to ensuring compliance strategies align with business requirements.

• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the internal compliance team.
• Assist in the creation and review of compliance and validation documentation.
• Implement a risk-based, pragmatic approach to IT compliance, aligning with business needs rather than adhering to the industry's highest standards.
• Offer support in compliance strategy and validation processes across the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance efforts are efficient and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Provide advice and solutions for optimizing compliance operations, with a focus on practical execution.

• Proven experience in IT compliance and validation, with a focus on risk-based approaches.
• Strong experience in mentoring and providing guidance to teams in compliance and validation efforts.
• Solid understanding of SAP systems.
• Ability to develop and review compliance documentation and strategies.
• Familiarity with data migration and system integration processes.
• Experience in creating practical, solutions-oriented compliance strategies.
• Knowledge of compliance and validation frameworks across industries (GxP, SOX, FDA, etc.) is beneficial.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
