SAP EWM / S4 (ECC) Business Analyst for WareX - starting asap

Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP EWM / S4 (ECC) Business Analyst to support the deployment of the WareX solution. This role will focus on aligning business requirements with the WareX template, driving solution design, and supporting end-to-end implementation phases. You will work closely with warehouse operations, logistics, production teams, and external partners such as Körber, Accenture, and Westernacher, to deliver seamless business process optimization and SAP functionality integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy the WareX solution in alignment with the established template and standards.

• Conduct detailed business analysis to gather and document business requirements.

• Design and map business process flows in compliance with the WareX framework.

• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and project objectives.

• Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical development teams.

• Collaborate with IT partners to design and validate solutions that meet operational needs.

• Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency.

• Define testing strategies and plans, including scope, sequence, and dependencies.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, processes, and deliverables.

• Work closely with ARTs and SAP EWM / S4 (ECC) partners to ensure smooth delivery.

• Co-develop implementation plans with the project manager, identifying resources, prerequisites, and dependencies.

• Provide leadership support by addressing roadblocks and guiding the team as needed.

• Lead discussions on migration strategies from legacy systems.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid experience with SAP S4 (ECC) and/or SAP EWM.

• Proven ability in logistics process management and workflow coordination.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP EWM or S4 (ECC) ecosystems.

• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and resolving issues.

• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to bridge business and IT.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in user training and post-implementation support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior involvement in WareX or similar warehouse execution system deployments.

• Experience working with external partners such as Körber, Accenture, and Westernacher.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ART structures.
