Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an SAP Implementation Project Manager for a 5-month contract to drive the critical transformation initiatives.

This role will be pivotal as we implement new SAP solutions to enhance our operational efficiency and support our evolving business needs. As an SAP Implementation Project Manager, your leadership will guide teams through the complexities of SAP deployment, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of SAP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical resources, to align project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
• Champion the adoption of best practices in project management and SAP implementation methodologies.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP implementations.
• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and project management frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A relevant degree or equivalent work experience in IT or business management.
