QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience working in SAP Material Master and Master Data Management
- Preferable also experience with SAP PM – Plant Maintenance and SAP S4/HANA
- Results driven, self-sufficient and highly motivated
- Min. 3 years of experience managing master data across a complex international supply chain in an SAP ERP environment
- Min. 3 years being part of a project management team in supply chain or other global cross-functional position
- Overall understanding of logistics and business processes
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task effectively and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without close guidance or supervision
- Results driven, self-sufficient and highly motivated
- Analytically minded and a methodical problem solver
- Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service
- Ability to understand complex data requirements, and be able to identify and offer multiple solution options to facilitate the best outcome (e.g. automated transformation vs. manual enrichment)
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
- Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts, and provide clear documentation
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences, deal with ambiguity, and succeed against in a high-pressure environment
- Professional level of English - both oral and written
- Valid EU work work permit making you able to start right away
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensures Master Data integrity in SAP system and maintains the processes to support the data quality
- Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions
- Provide assistance in resolving data quality issue through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards
- Upload and maintain material master fields in SAP system
- Maintains a 24-48 turn-around time for all incoming requests
- Coordinate urgent cases where agility is the key
- Ensures data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audits, and data validation
