SAP Senior FICO Consultant

We are looking for a SAP Senior FICO Consultant to navigate and join us through shaping the template for our SAP S4 rollout project. You will be part of a finance team that currently consists of two employees and a couple of externals. One of the externals is the main architect of our S4 program, and you will in the future take over a lot of the activities surrounding finance from that person and help drive the rest of our global roll out activities for our SAP S4 platform.

As an expert, you will help drive the global S4 roll out for ABENA and help secure our current ONE ABENA Strategy with the focus on a digital approach to support our business. We expect you to be a leading source in finance and interact with key stakeholders across the ABENA companies

As a key figure in our rollout project, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the rollout project of SAP S4 across all areas of the organization
• Implementing solutions and purchased modules within the finance area, including Xread
• Applying an architectural approach to process optimization and leveraging the system's capabilities
• Exploring and understanding the needs of the organization and ensuring an effective implementation of the demanded rollouts
• Handling complex legislative requirements which enables successful local implementation
• Documenting and ensuring a structured execution of projects.

Ideally you have:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP FI or CO, primarily within S4
• Experience with dialog seeking understanding and meeting the configurational demands within the organization
• Strong skills and understanding of financial processes and how these map within SAP FI/CO
• Ability to work independently and structured to ensure project progress
• Experience with architectural approaches to process optimization and documentation skills
• Communicative and with the ability to engage stakeholders across the organization
• The ability to spot opportunities and a go get it mentality!

Furthermore, due to our various subsidiaries, mainly within the EU, 25 travelling days a year should be expected. The purpose of which is to make sure S4 is successfully implemented throughout the organization.
