Let’s talk about the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a specialization in Global Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Shift Planning solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Human Capital Management for SAP S/4HANA, and other leading solutions within these domains creating an Eco-System of systems.

In this role you will:

Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive solutions for Global Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Shift Planning

Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging market-leading technologies, with a focus on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, and SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices

Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of global solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with regional regulations

Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to the current solutions, leveraging your expertise in market-leading technologies and industry best practices

Define and design integrations, data flows, and workflows to ensure seamless operation and data consistency across systems

Skills we look for

The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Moreover, you have the following requirements:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect with Payroll, with preferably addtion of either Time & Attendance or Shift Planning solutions

Expertise in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with preferably addition of SAP BTP, or any other market-leading solutions (experience with any of the following would be advantageous - Workforce, Atoss, Kronos, etc.)

Strong understanding of global payroll processes, preferably icluding focus with time tracking, and shift planning best practices

Experience in designing and implementing integrations within the global HR systems landscape

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and business stakeholders
