Job Description
Are you fascinated by the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of food quality, perception, functionality, and structure? Would you love to dive into the physics and material science determining interactions to broaden your knowledge in food science and ingredient technology?
In Physical Food Science, we apply physics and physical chemistry to enhance IFF’s insights into the impact of our ingredients in various applications. Our team deepens the functional know-how to enable our customers to use our ingredients, assisting product R&D in expanding the potential of new and existing products. We use cutting-edge analytical equipment, scientific rigor, and advanced data handling collectively to achieve our goal of world-class ingredient knowledge.
