Scrum Master for Intra & Nordea.com

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team that owns both Nordea’s intranet and corporate website, Nordea.com. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our two key platforms for communicating with various audiences, such as employees, investors, job seekers, journalists, and many more. You will bring your expertise in agile workflows and project management to support and guide our teams through their UX development journey.

Your future areas of responsibility

You will become part of the Intra & Nordea.com team in Group Marketing & Channels, where we are responsible for product development and website management of Nordea's corporate website, Nordea.com and Nordea’s intranet.

Your job responsibilities:

Agile Workflow Support: Provide daily support for agile workflows and project management, ensuring that administrative tasks are managed efficiently

Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the team

Progress Reporting: Report on project progress using a common format, identifying similarities and shared learnings to enhance overall project efficiency and outcomes

Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of support for the team in resolving obstacles and issues that may arise during project execution and development

Team Support: Foster a collaborative environment within the team, ensuring that team members have the support they need to succeed

This position can be located in Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen or Oslo.

In your day-to-day work you will report to the Intra & Nordea.com team lead and cooperate closely with your team which consists of product owners and website managers. Together with the team, you will also cooperate closely with our IT Development team and external vendors.

Your profile and background:

Previous experience working as a Scrum Master, preferably on large website projects and working closely with content management system vendors, development teams and content creators and editors

Relevant Scrum Master certifications are required for this role. SAFe is the agile framework of choice in Nordea

Experience working with large websites and Content Management Systems (e.g. Drupal, Liferay, Magnolia) is highly preferred

Practical experience working with Jira, Confluence and test management tools (preferably qTest) is an advantage

Strong communication in English and one of the Nordic languages, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential
