The position
This role will be pivotal in leading a sizable agile team within the SAP Planning APO and OMP solution space. In this role, you will be part of the leadership team a program spanning across multiple CVP areas. As Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery and transformation of the area. 

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery and deployment of the OMP Planning solution to meet strong business demands across the Supply Chain organization
• Facilitate and support the Agile development process in a SAFe framework
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile practices and principles
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, development team members, and external partners to ensure effective communication and delivery of busi-ness value
• Guide and lead the team towards successful and timely project deliveries.
• Utilize pragmatic approaches to adapt Agile processes to the unique needs of the supply chain IT organization.

You will play a crucial role in orchestrating a cross-functional team, defining project scope, and be accountable for a successful execution. Your contribution will be instru-mental in managing operational efficiency, agility and governance within our digital Supply Chain - ultimately contributing to Novo Nordisk's mission of defeating chronic diseases and transforming lives

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can fulfil most of the following requirements for this position:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in project management related to the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in cross-functional projects and/or transformation programs, particularly within SAP logistics or similar domains
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, and the ability to apply them to a range of project types
• Proven track record of change management in complex organizational environ-ments and driving adoption of new IT solutions
• The ability to create an overview of complex processes, including technical data flows and risks, with a focus on agile methodologies and frameworks like SAFe or GxP regulatory landscapes
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe and Agile environment, with certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred
