Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master for our client within Pharma. Do you want to be part of transforming manufacturing processes with digitalisation and cutting-edge technologies? As Scrum Master, you will be a member of the OEE Intelligence team, supporting multiple teams working on the same vision and product. You will help ensure that the teams adhere to the agreed Agile process and will share responsibilities for the team’s overall performance.

Since the teams are newly established, you will work with setting up standard ways of working and help ensuring alignment across the teams. They are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute both professionally and personally. On personal level, you have ability to motivate and inspire others, navigate in a complex stakeholder environment, build strong relationships, handle conflicts, and ensure a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work environment

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• You have a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or other relevant fields
• You have 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large international organizations
• You have proven a track record in coaching and leading high-performing teams
• You have practical experience in Agile tools such as Azure DevOps
• You are an excellent communicator and facilitator of team dynamics
• You are able to navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape
• Experience from the pharma industry preferred
• Able to mange complex stakeholder environment
• Able to build strong relationships
• Professional level of English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Coaching Agile Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality whilst also driving the team towards high-value output and removing impediments along the way
• Helping the Agile teams to manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews, prepare and align expectations before and during events
• Supporting the Product Owners by ensuring common understanding within the Agile Team
• Driving Agile Teams, vendors, and customers in the Agile way of working
