Scrum Master

We are looking for a new colleague to join an interesting project with our client in the renewable industry. You will cover for the Foundations and GEO_ART within one of their solution trains called EC_ST. You will have two teams working with e.g. an internal tool chain for designing foundational structures for their offshore windfarms.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master
• Able to promote and maintain the agile methodologies in these two team primarily consisting of engineers and IT roles
• Must able to manage the de-scaled* ART setup without a dedicated RTE; Hence, RTE experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Are a SAFe certified scrum master with solid experience from various teams and companies
• Have strong communication skills and an innovative mindset
• Have a proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills
• Should focus on increasing the team performance by improving flow by optimizing processes and team dynamics
• Can create psychologically safe environment where people perform their best and work together as a team
• Advantage to have: Experience from running two teams in different set ups and distributed over multiple countries
• Advantage to have: Azure DevOps experience
• Advantage to have: RTE experience is a plus as well as experience working in a solution train set up
• Relevant educational background
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Professional level of English - both oral and written

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Promote and maintain the agile methodologies in these two team primarily consisting of engineers and IT roles
• Migration of product
• Creating DoR and DoD with one team
• Supporting the creation of a roadmap on both team and ART level
• Being active part of ST-level SM group in delivering relentless improvement OKRs
