Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master for our client in the Pharma Industry.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Experienced Scrum Master
• Excellent at creating followship and fellowship in teams
• Leading for delivery stabile and timely delivery
• Azure Dev Ops expert level user
• Experience from the pharma industry preferred
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication with team members and stakeholders
• Strong servant leadership skills
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Able to start in April

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Support and drive with Product Owner the new agile governance structure for product tea
• Run the scrum meetings needed and retros
• Document learnings and actions
• Engaged and support agile coach towards the product team in creating an agile delivery culture
• Communicates clearly value of new ways of working to improve teams’ performance
• Drives delivery progress with implementation lead towards delivery team so key targets are not missed
• Self-organized and proactively remove obstacles and distractions for the team to deliver on time
