Recommending onboarding and training schedules based on the training needs of security staff to site and campus security managers.
We don’t expect you to know everything from day one, so we’ll provide thorough training in all procedures and systems to prepare you for the role.
What do we expect from you?
You are confident in delivering training both in the classroom and on-site in an engaging and professional manner. Following up on and maintaining schedules and tasks is important to you. You always strive for the best solutions, knowing it requires excellence in administrative processes and reporting.
To help you succeed and thrive, we expect you to:
Have the ability to speak, read, and write English at a high level.
Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Possess two years of teaching experience or a similar combination of education and experience (preferred).

Join a strong team
We are a large department with a total of 100 skilled employees. We have a close-knit team and a strong sense of family. Our team supports each other and steps up when challenges arise. The Field Training Officer reports directly to the campus security manager and will work closely with other leadership teams on-site, regionally, and at headquarters. In this role, you will have no direct reports but will collaborate closely with campus management to assess the needs of employees, the site, and the campus. Proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding English is essential as it will be part of your daily responsibilities.
Want to contribute to security and become part of the community?
