Seeking for Front Desk Manager
We are looking for a conscientious front desk manager who has Asian cultural background and can spread Asian food culture for our restaurant. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome guests, tend to their questions and complaints, manage booking and appointment schedules, and promote the restaurant in different medias.
To be a successful front desk manager, you should provide exceptional customer service and strong leadership skills.
Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:
• Defining and implementing front desk procedures.
• Hiring and training staff and managing the shift schedules.
• Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, website, Facebook and emails.
• Tending to guests' complaints and questions and communicate with chef about customer’s feedback.
• Ensuring that the dining area is kept clean and organized.
• Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.
• Managing budgets, records, and contracts.
• Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the owner.
Front Desk Manager Requirements:
• College education diploma in culture and communication.
• Good understanding of procedures and practices in booking and services
• Strong organizational management skills.
• The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Good leadership and training abilities.
