We are looking for a conscientious front desk manager of our restaurant. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome guests, tend to their questions and complaints, manage booking and appointment schedules, and promote the restaurant in different medias.
To be a successful front desk manager, you should provide exceptional customer service and strong leadership skills.
Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing front desk procedures.
- Hiring and training staff ans managing the shift schedules
- Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, website, Facebook and emails.
- Tending to guests' complaints and questions and communicate with chef about customer's feedback.
- Ensuring that the dining area is kept clean and organised.
- Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.
- Managing budget, records and contracts.
- Gernerating reports and feedback for presentation to the owner.
Front Desk Manager requirements:
- College education diploma in marketing or similar.
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in booking and services
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong organisational management skills
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Cood leadership and training abilities.
