We are +50 employees and have more than 600 clients in the markets leading GRC platform in the mid-market, consisting of +20 different solutions.

 

The market for GRC-solution platforms is on the verge of launching into an unmatured market with an extensive growth potential.

 

What you’ll do

As a Senior Account Executive, you have an important role and responsibility in RISMA’s future sales in Denmark.

 

New clients are typically unaware that we have a platform, they come to us with a request for one of our solutions (for instance GDPR, ISMS or Contract Management), and they often like the idea that we have a platform they can grow in.

Your primary focus will be sales of the RISMA platform, by acquiring new customers, sprinkled with cross selling to existing customers.

You will book your own meetings. You will also have client leads coming from our homepages, external events, partners and internal stakeholders.

To succeed, you must collaborate with internal teams and ensure the execution of various activities.

Your success will be supported by our implementation team and driven by your high energy level. As a Senior Account Executive, you will join a sales team of 5 dedicated colleagues located at our Danish HQ, where you will be based, but you will also have collaboration with our 3 sales colleagues in Norway.

You will report to RISMA’s sales director in Denmark, Martin Strube.

 

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growing the revenue in Denmark by generating new customers (90%) and cross selling to existing customers (10%)
  • Manage the entire sales process by engaging with customer key stakeholders, including C-level executives, Heads of Compliance, Risk Managers, CFOs, DPOs, and others
  • Engaging with internal teams to execute sales activities effectively
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Manage client information and sales processes by using our CRM system, Hubspot
  • Develop and execute strong strategies for key clients.

Required & Preferred Skills:

  • At least some years of experience from the GRC environment, is a great advantage
  • Team Player, high energy level and strong organizational skills are a must
  • A “boardroom appearance” will be advantageous
  • Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers, both c- level and specialists
  • Ability to get in-depth industry knowledge and commercial and technical understanding of SaaS applications
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, and ability to drive opportunities with a structured approach
  • Native speaking Danish and fluent in English, with an understanding of other Scandinavian languages.
