About the department
FPM Engineering is part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM), with a dedicated team of around 50 colleagues. We work collaboratively to support and optimise processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines, ensuring best practices. Located at our headquarters, we are committed to bringing value to our patients by supporting all sites with process standardisation, ramp-up excellence, and technological leadership.
