About the team
As primary support responsible for meeting rooms in Novo Nordisk, we are expanding our team in Denmark. You will join as part of our Nordics Team within Global IT Support The team’s job areas are within AV support, Onsite / VIP Support, AV-Live and Vendor- and Asset management.
We are a virtual team, seated in different DK sites, Sweden and Norway, and collaborate in MS Teams daily. We base our team’s values on trust, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. The position
As Senior AV Supporter, your primary responsibilities are:
The daily position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark. However, your work and projects can take you to all the Novo Nordisk sites in Denmark if required. Working hours are flexible within 37 hours, there will be occasional planned evening work hours and off-site events.

By joining Global IT Operations (GITO), you will become part of a strong global community of more than 1500 skilled IT professionals, who are responsible for IT systems, Services, and initiatives in Novo Nordisk, working in a truly global organisation based on agile principles.
GITO Service Desk and IT Support is a unit consisting of multiple teams of highly skilled and dedicated employees located around the world in our sales affiliates and our Global Service Centre. The department is responsible for both 1st level support, on-site support, and single point of contact at the local sites, while also participating actively in product teams in our other product areas such as Digital Workplace and Infrastructure.
