Your key responsibilities as a Senior Customer Success Manager will include:
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with our Nordics clients.
- Ensuring clients understand and maximise the benefits of their products and services, as well as developing actions for low adoption and unsatisfied customers.
- Leading service reviews with clients on a regular basis.
- Engaging with internal departments to stay updated on company services and to unblock clients' issues.
- Assisting with product migrations and integrations for smooth transitions on clients' side.

Requirements
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Customer Success Manager:
- You must have customer success experience as a strategic and supportive partner in financial services, partnering with small and large customers that are complex with multiple solutions, products, and services across Nordics.
- You should have a customer-centric approach, understanding the needs of the customer and having a customer-first approach.
- You will have excellent communication skills, skilled at influencing and presenting to small and large audiences.
- You need the ability to understand and interpret client/business data in a clear and commercial manner.
- You should have the ability to identify improvement areas and drive or contribute to change accordingly.
