As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers, enabling them to maximize the benefits of our products and services. Your key responsibilities as a Senior Customer Success Manager will include:

  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with our Nordics clients.
  • Ensuring clients understand and maximise the benefits of their products and services, as well as developing actions for low adoption and unsatisfied customers.
  • Leading service reviews with clients on a regular basis.
  • Engaging with internal departments to stay updated on company services and to unblock clients' issues.
  • Assisting with product migrations and integrations for smooth transitions on clients' side.

Requirements

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Customer Success Manager:

  • You must have customer success experience as a strategic and supportive partner in financial services, partnering with small and large customers that are complex with multiple solutions, products, and services across Nordics.
  • You should have a customer-centric approach, understanding the needs of the customer and having a customer-first approach.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, skilled at influencing and presenting to small and large audiences.
  • You need the ability to understand and interpret client/business data in a clear and commercial manner.
  • You should have the ability to identify improvement areas and drive or contribute to change accordingly.
